We have users in our Singapore facility that are requesting that one of our custom smartforms
print double sided. How do you set this up? I have not had to do this in the past. Is this strictly
a printer set up issue?

This is not related to SAP its simply the printer configuration issue at your desktop/network.
You can take help of your printer admin to configure both sided print.

Yes. Print setup . Ask the user to maintain in his login and ask him to print.
In print setup , there is a option print front and back
