regading condition type

Hi Friends

we hav defiend new condition type for claim bill discount (i.e) manual condition type which is applicable for only particular division 10

our users by mistake maintaining this condition type manually in condtion screen in va02 for other divisions

our requirement is system should show error popup messge when users maintain this cond type for other divisions

plz reply how to restrict system to link condtion type with div 10 only and not others

Hi

Pls check that your condition type has access sequence. Also remove the option of manual entry from condition type controls.

have a requirement for this manual condition type, so as if Item Division is not equal to 10 then do not allow to process this condition type. ABAPer should be able to create this requirement.

Hello,

Follow this SAP notes :Note 105621 - Authorization check for the condition screen and then tell your requirement to ABAPer the program should consider division 10 for manual condition Zxxx then they write code in Sales order user exit.

Hi,

Please maintain a Condition Record, with "Division" as a key field in the combination in the Condition tables.

While maintaining condition record for this Condition type, maintain only for Division 10.

Then the system will pick the record only when ur creating the order for the sales area with Division 10.
