Remove Assigned Values against WBS

Dear Friends,

When I look at the budget of a WBS element (CJ31), I see the budget for 2007 as say 300000, distributed as Nil and Assigned as 315000. Same way for 2008, budget as 400000, distributed as Nil and Assigned as 425000.

Becuase of this we are not able to raise a PO against this WBS. Can you tell me from where this assigned amount comes and how to remove this.

do you have networks under the WBS or have you linked any maintenance orders - these are the sources of assigned values or any PO commitments
