Hi,
we have established a QA-process in our TMS and it works fine, but i wonder if this behaviour is normal:
when a request is imported into QAS, it appears as an inactive request in the PROD-queue, too.
I understood the QA-process that only approved requests will appear in the import queue of PROD. Is there a setting that we have to change to let only approved requests appear in the PROD queue?

Hi Valentin
This is the normal working status. As soon the request is imported in
QA system, the buffer entry is added by the import process itself to
the target system in the delivery route.
Please refer to the note 313991 for the solution to import the only the
approved requests. You need to do recommended changes and schdule the
job to move the requests.
