Links: "alert configuration" & "alert inbox" show "Page not found" error

Greetings,

In RWB, "alert configuration" & "alert inbox" links are not working, returning "The page cannot be displayed" Error.

The services are active in SICF.

Please Help.

Hello,

In RWB, "alert configuration" & "alert inbox" links are not working, returning "The page cannot be displayed" Error.

This is because of configuration error when you are activating Alert Configuration in your RWB.

The following are the causes:

. The Exchange Profile containg wrog HTTP port and hostname for WEBAsABAP

. If the host name is changed after initial maintainence of Exchange profile

Inorder to solve this:

Check com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport property under RWB's Exchange Profile

and, if necessary, set it to the value that the ICM monitor displays as the HTTP port of the WebAs

(transaction SMICM -> Goto -> Services).

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies.

Recently, we have deployed solution manager to our system, that had made changes in exchange profile.

Now everything is fine now.

Also if you are on PI7.1 then execute ALRTINBOX & check what you are getting.
