Firefighter 5.2 Login Notification Email Delay/Lag Time

All,
We are averaging a 5 - 6 minute delay in receiving Firefighter login notification emails. Is this delay/lag time normal? Some of our logins are delayed 1 minute, while others are as high as 10 minutes. Our backend SAP shows the email is sent immediately, but maybe it has something to do with our Exchange email server?
Is this lag/delay what everyone sees as well?

Greg,
FF creates login notification and hands it over to the email job. Once the background job runs, it should send the email notification right away. It has something to do with your exchange server or your background job for email notification.
