Hi,

Time Event types are nothing but swipings in the machine. Time event types for the beginning time and end times of the time pairs if time events are utilized (IT2011). Example: clock-in, clock-out.

Time Events are maintained in 2011 infotype, table TEVEN. It is maintained in the field 'SATZA' .

There are 4 types of time events:

1 P10 - Clock in

2 P20 - Clock out

3 P15 - Break in

4 P25 - Break out

Other Supported Time Event Types

- P10: Clock-in

- P11: Change

- P20: Clock-out

- P15: Start of break

- P25: End of break

- P30 Start of off-site work

- P40: End of off-site work

- P35: Start of off-site work at

home

- P45: End of off-site work at

home

- P01: Clcck-in or clock-out

- P02: Start of end of break

- P03: Start or end of off-site work

- P04: Start or end of off-site work

at home

- P05: Interim entry

- P60: Info entry

When an Employee enters with his id card and swipe it then it will update into this above table. I he is entering into the office then P10 event will be maintained, going out P20 event or if he is taking breaks then P15 and P25 events will be updated.

Devi
