amount in sales order is zero

Hi ,

I have a sales order where the amount column in sales line items is zero.

Generally the value in the amount column is same as net price.

Could you please tell me what could be the reason and where to find the same.

Please enter quantity in your sales order

Please check VK13 for your condition type and check whether your condition record is based on quantity or fixed value i.e."Calculation type" if its 'C' then please enter quantity in your sales order.

try and revert.

Kindly check in VK13 whether the condition Type for Net Price ,which had a condition record , must be vailidity period is over.

Firest you check in Line item data Condition Tab.what are the conditon Types Appear and Whats the Value for this...

If it comes here..surely value flows to Net value.

Hi,

Please check at the conditions , whether base price( PR00) is there or not.

If not you need to maintain throguh VK11 and give the condition type.

Select the material price and maitain the price.
