Error ( LOG) in payroll run?

Hi all

I have run payroll for the current period , salry slip is genreated but below mention error are comming in yellow shades in ( LOG).

PArea $F is ignored, incorrect period modifier

PArea 99 is ignored (not for payroll run acc. to T549A)

PArea A1 is ignored, incorrect period modifier

PArea AA is ignored, incorrect period modifier

PArea AB is ignored, incorrect period modifier

PArea B0 is ignored, incorrect period modifier

PArea B1 is ignored (not for payroll run acc. to T549A)

PArea BA is ignored, incorrect period modifier

hi

first let me know what is ur payroll area

enter ur payroll area twice either in simulation or start payroll

u won't yellow problem

I'm facing a similar problem.... I did the changes which you mentioned...it is running for a few employees...thank you!

However, for a few others ...
it doesn't display any log ...

nor

does it display in the payslip ...

Hi,

In the payroll run tcode we have to give 2 times payroll area.

you have not enter one time pls check that. Payroll period tab and the selection tab . I think you are not given payroll area in the selection tab.

Hi,

Select the payroll area properly in PC00_M40_Calc or PC00_M40_Calc_Simu, whichever transaction you are using.

In this screen we need to select the payroll area twice either in simulation or start payroll

You did not select the payroll area twice, for that only system is giving the warning messages.

Again select the payroll area twice and generate the payroll, then you could not get message,
