Hi Experts,
The scenario is for quantitative result recording, the decimal places for upper and lower values has been given as 3. So the user enters values with three decimal places.
But in the case of fringe values like 9.999, the user requirement is to round up the value to 10 so that the result is accepted (meaning the lower value is 10.000)
Can it be achieved with some tolerance keys or other methods?

Dear Jomy
There is a process available in standard for this. I have not used so cannot give a direct reference.
It is the Input processing available in control indicators in MIC. This is espacialy used for rounding off and converting the measured value. This has to be defined in the Config and can be used at the mic level.
You can implement a variety of rounding procedures using input processing, for example, rounding according to number of significant digits
This Badi QM_INPUT_PROCEDURE is used for the same. you can get relevant information in
SPRO > QM >Quality Inspection>Results Recording> Define Parameters for Input Processing
Hope this helps
