Hello, in SAP Retail Vendor Consignment is form of bussiness in wich the vendor maintains a stock at customer location (the retailer).

This stock is phisically at the retailer store but is owned by the vendor. This means that the retailer inventory mayor accounts are not affected by this stock. Do not confuse with Vendor Managed Inventory.

The retailer only pays to the vendor for the merchandise sold in a given period.

This business process is perfectly covered in SAP Retail.

Hello,

Vendor Consignment: The site will procure and store in the goods from the vendor. But the goods still remain a property of the Vendor. You can find more information in

Sale: This is the normal sale you encounter everyday. You order goods, receive them, store them and own control over the stocks.

Return: What do you mean by this? Is is Return Purchase Order? Returning of Goods?
