Trip is Approved automatically.

Hi all,

We are about to implement Travel Manager.

My issue is

When ever i create a trip and save it, the status of the trip is automatically changed to "Trip Approved"

Can you please let me know where to remove this config of removing the Automatic Approval of a trip.

is the workflow activated?

go to TCODE swia

see if the workflow is triggered

if no, your workflow is not activated at all

The below mentioned BADi will solve your issue,

The business add-in TRIP_APPROVAL is called by the trip approval report RPR_APPROVE_TRAVEL_EXPENSES when the 'Approve trips' (user exit) option is chosen in the special processing section

I dont want that trip to be automatically approved.

When i give all the details of the trip and save it, it should change the status to "Trip Completed"

But in my case it is changing the status to "Trip Approved".

This approval i have to do via workflow.

Please help me on this

Hello Kranthi,

Please check the Feature TRVPA in PE03 for entry "WRP" it might be that you have set your trip that everytime you save it will be save as "Trip approved".

hi, goto t-code pe03 and enter feature TRVPA.

for the specific country grouping set "WRP" as "3" and activate it.
