Add-on XLReporter: Installation failed

Hi,

Good Day to All!

I've been trying to install XLReporter in our client and its been unsuccessful with the installation. SAPB1 2005A SP01 PL39. XLReporter version is PL30. (Server side)

I already tried to rename the SM_OBS_DLL\<B1 version number>, still failed

I tried to removed/unregister from SAP itself and re register the XLPeporter, still failed

I even tried to rename the folder SM_OBS_DLL, still failed.

Hi Ian,

What error messages have you got? There are so many possibilities to go err. Read through all documentation may help you pin point the problem.
