Area 32 is not a real area

Hi,

While i was trying to check the depreciation keys assigned to the depreciation areas in the asset class(t_code: OAYZ), it gives an error saying that Area 32 is not a real area.

I have not assigned Area 32 for my Chart of depreciation.

As we have 8 chart of depreciations........we have created area 32 for 2 of the 8 chart of depreciations. Will it anyway effect the cross chart of depreciation, if so please help me in resolving this issue.

Hello

The problem may be that depreciation area 32 existed before and was, I suppose, deleted but it is still in table ANKB.

Could you check if this if this your case : dep. area 32 was deleted(you do not see it in OAYZ for example) but you can still see it in table ANKB.

If this is your case, note 63850 can help you.
