Hi ,

You can close the contract by deleting the particular line using T.code ME32K .This will close the contract for further processing.

You can either change the validity end date, so as not to be able to use it anymore, or you can select all the lines and from edit tab select block. so all items are not usable and are not deleted either

hi,

The only option is to to ME32K-change contract.

select the line item and clik delete button(dustbin icon). This you need to do for all line items. Then the contract will not work. you can not use it any where. But the contract still exits wiih the deletion indicators to the line items.

Then save.
