Can anyone tell me in which table in will get the creation date if Material group.

This being customising ,you can find the date and time in Table T023.
Procedure :
Goto Transaction SCU3.
Enter the above Table and a period of 6 months.
You get the required data.
Do note that u also get the change log .

Try table DBTABLOG with:
TABNAME = 'T023'
OPTYPE = 'I'
You will get all material groups in field LOGKEY (but in this field leading three symbols are client).
Look at LOGDATE and LOGTIME.
check in MARA....
