reg communication error message

Hi gurus,

error :Communication error, CPIC return code 002, SAP return code 679

which is generating in my system log while checking it through T-Code SM21.

Can you please suggest me any points on this log.

this is due message server got disconnected. so it's giving this logs in sm21.
