Arrears are not appearing in Form 3A and Form 6A

Dear All,

While generating FORM 3A we are facing following problems :

1. Arrears are not appearing in Form 3A and Form 6A. Arrear of

month Dec 08, Jan 09 is not coming in form.

Tcode PC00_M40_PFY

PF Trust Id RPFC

Year 2008

2. Multiple records coming for One Employee while generating Form 3A.

Arrears will not be shown in these forms, instead they will be shown in the month in which they have originated.

Example. . if basic is increased effective from Jan in feb, and arrears are paid in Feb, the contribution for these arrears will not be shown in Feb, but will be shown for the month of Jan

If you are using customize report then you can use this Function module to print retro amounts wage type wise

This Function module can be used

HR99L00_GET_RETRO_MONTH_DIFF to get the retro amounts wage type wise.

or try differnt combinations of remuneration statement selection screen where you can get retro amounts on different form or same form

Hope this will solve problem.

I am not using customized report. I am using standard ... Is there is another way ?
