Wrong dates generating in absence qouta

Hi all,

When m entering 2006 in Pa30 and click on 'create' it automatically generating qouta and showing me the wrong dates in " deduction from" field it showing me 31.12.9999 in "deduction from" field and wen m trying to delete the qouta its also not deleting it.

Kindly help.

IT will come as u maintianed the end date in V_T559L 4th tab deduction interval postion as 999

check it once make it 12 and again test it ............

You can maintain TC Z- Time constraint for Time management Infotype - T554Y for your scanerio

You can also use TC-2

Try this

contd to Raghu Records Can have GAPS but no over lapping

No more than one valid record can exist at any one time. Records with constraint 2 must not overlap. Their existence is not obligatory. If a new record is created, the system automatically delimits the previous record, if one exists.

Test it ..........
