data in spool duplicate

Hi experts,

I have facing weird problem. When I completed background jobs there are 24 pages appear. I have successful downloaded it.For the second time I have make mistaken by select 240 pages.When i download it the data become double. Even when I select 24 pages back the data still double. Why this happened and how to solve it.Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The spool generates according to ur report o/p, if the o/p has duplicate entries the spool ll have same. Run the report in foreground and check.

In spool go to setting and give the no of pages you want to display then download those.
