fix the Page footer section in Crystal Reports 2008

I am using CRystal Report 2008 VERSION.

When I export to excel(xls) , Page footer moves to the top of the next page

I want to fix the page footer even if the records grows in the details section.

when there is 1 record in the detail section , page footer shows little up at the footer but it starts showing one line down in the footer when records in detail section grows and then page footer starts printing at the top of the next page.

My question is

How do I fix the Page footer even if the data in the details sections grows so that page footer prints at the bottom of every page.
