COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_ALL Consuming huge time in background

Hello CRM Gurus,

I'm running COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_ALL report in background.

Its is running for last 15hrs.

I could'nt justify upon it.

Do this report take such a long time to complete.

Records in COMM_PRODUCT is 12K only.

Any information would be helpful!

Hi Amit,

That report does not take that long, I am sure something is wrong,

did you make an entry in the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG before running it in background.

check the SM37 and job log for your current report. Delete the existing job and create one more back ground job for the report COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_ALL after making entry in the above table.

Hello Katla,

I register that program that why I able to run it. I understand about table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG

SM37 already showing it as a running.

But problem, I could not identify what is a problem.

Let me know if anything like table I can look into.

Amit two things you could do

1) While executing the report check the parameters you have selected

2) Check SM50 and see your job is doing anything or not-- Take basis help on this

For me is tottally the Opossite. When I run the program in background the job finishes just as it starts. It does not take a second. Why is this happening? Could you please help!
