*** sap:Logging tag - How do I set this header tag to ON

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to turn this header tag ( <sap:Logging>Off</sap:Logging> ) ON. I have some info and warning level messages in my User Definied Java functions and I am not able to see them in Log Viewer. From this link (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/en/17/50d440e14f8431e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm) I realized that need to turn on the Logging tag in my message header. I tried playing around with this in my Message Mapping and other places in Integration Builder but didn't find anything relevant.

<sap:TraceLevel>Information</sap:TraceLevel>

<sap:Logging>Off</sap:Logging>
