Cproject logON Failure

Hi,

When we try to login in Cproject using this URL

http://132.186.124.12:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/cprojects?sap-client=800

We enter user ID Password then select LOGON

Warning message "No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password"

And it not allow us to logon to Cproject.

is there setting missing.

Please Guide us.

Instead of IP address use FQDN(hostname.companyname.com), this would resolve the issue. Also check Setting up HTTPS on SAP WEBAS SAP Note: 510007

Hi shaym,

We try to run this T.CODE :FQDN .

System give error "Transaction FQDN does not exist"

Can please Guide US with path it will very help full for us.

Hello,

FQDN is not a transaction code

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fully_qualified_domain_name

What Shyam was trying to tell you:

In your config files replace IP or hostname by:

hostname.companyname.com

If still in doubt, ask your network guys about it.
