Benefits Enrollment (SAP 5.0 ECC)

After proccessing all customizing steps I'm unable to enroll a benefit insurance plan. The error message "No entry found in the adjustment authorization table" appears. Any idea's what might be missing?

Any documentation regarding benefits would be very helpfull!

You need to setup the Adjustment Grouping/Reasons and Adjustment Permissions for the corresponding plan type in the IMG (Benefits > Flexible Administration > Benefits Adjustment Reasons). Hope you have setup these and created IT0378 record for that personnel assignment.

What I doubt is the adjustment reason for that Insurance Plan Type doesn't have the 'Add' Permission checked in the 'Define Adjustment Permissions' step.

If you have the feature EVGTR included in your benefit adjustment groupings, don't forget to activate the feature.

The Adjustment Grouping/Reasons and Adjustment Permissions for the corresponding plan type are setup. In the record IT0378 I can't select the Adjustment reason which I setup (enrollment). Any ideas?

Hi Maarten,

The only thing I feel missing is the employee is failing the eligibility criteria you have setup in the next section of the IMG. Please check the eligibility rules you have setup and is employee confirming to those rules. If the employee clears the eligibility rules, system will create an offer for the plan in the adjustment reason (enrollment).
