SRM --XI-- ECC

Hi,

we are going to Integrate SRM system with ECC through XI.

I know there is standard content for SRM availble in service market place.

Can anyone explain or just give me the steps how to proceed. Do i need to do any custom ABAP proxy.

Hi,

Just get the XI content for SRM from the service market place and import to XI. Then you need to do configurations in ID. Before that setting up connection between SRM and XI server. For the procurement scenrios only standard XI content available. For any additional scenarios u may have ot go for proxies.

It depends on the business scenario for which you are going to configure. For plan driven procurement scenario you need Proxy. Please find the details on the same in the link below:

Download the content and import it in IR.

At SRM, the standard code is available directly which should be visible in sproxy and there is no need for custom code.
