Shopping Cart freezes in the Portal

Hi ,

i have an issue. The user has created few shopping carts. When we give the shopping cart number in the approval status it freezes, only a sandclock is displaying and the next screen is not being displayed in the portal.

paralelly a workflow is also not triggered for the shopping cart. can you advise on this please

Hi Divya Venkatakrishnan

I suggest you use an application like HTTP Watch to analyse the HTTP response and understand better where the lock is occuring, it would also be wise to generate traces on the transaction responsible to determine if there is an ABAP statement or DB access causing the problem either.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the reply.I am not sure where to check.

This is happeneing only for this particular user. he has created few shopping carts. when we enter those carts in the portal page and press enter it is just stopping the page in the wait stage.

Further there are no workflows triggered for these shopping carts.

Please suggest.

run a report BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY for that USER for SC? any attribute missing? is he integrated to organisation structure?

check it up.
