Create product cost collecter in the previous period

Hi Experts

We are using REM process. My client has done the production for the month of April, but forget to create the product cost collector for last period(APRIL 2009) and pp has not done Backflush because of PCC.

I know PCC can create either for current date or future date not for Previous date,

Is there any option to crete PCC for previous date.

Please help me out
