In the Actual Costs field the data is flowing from Actual Work x Rate given in kp26 or something else also will be there?

Dear Bekele,

Actual cost comes through different ways depending upon your type of activities. i.e

1. For Internal Activity

1.1. From Capacity Assignment - WORK * Rate defined in KP26

1.2. From Store (if integrated with MM and materials are reserved with activity), cost will occur after good receive.

2. External Activity (External procurement process --- PR >> PO >> GR

3. Service Activity -

PR >> PO >> Service Entry Sheet

4. Cost Activity -

---

Direct cost booking using FB60

Sum of all these costs is shown in CNE5 report.
