hi all,
i am not able to login into integation builder,while i am trying to open the integration builder,it is giving
the error, i.e ERROR com.sap.aii.utilxi.swing.toolkit.ExceptionDialog: Throwable
Thrown:
MESSAGE ID: com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.ReconnectRuntimeException

Hi,
Go to documents and settings.select your user.select application data.select sun.select java\deployment.If your Javaws is 5 then select cache\javaws\http\server.remove and open the integration builder.If javaws is 1.4 open the javaws.exe in program files.select file and choose preference.
select advanced.clear application folder.

Hi Reddy,
Possible checks
1) Have you added the Host file in the following path
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc--Hosts
2) Ping the IP address of the XI Server from Your Local Machine whcih you are trying to conect.
3) Check whether you have Installes the J2SDK on Your Local Machine
to check goto Run-cmd--java -version

Hi,
which java version are you using and which XI version are you using..............for PI7.1 have JAVA JRE 1.6 version.........
go to IB homepage.....go to administration - JAVA web start administration and reinitialize the JAVA web start by clicking on Execute button if you are using PI 7.1 and then try to reopen ID again.....

Open the complete log in the error pop up screen and save to yout local desk top.
Open with note pad to find more details of the issue.
