No change in the UD code after UD is done

Dear all,

I have an issue wherein I have done the UD stock posting is done and afterward if i go back to the UD change screen it allows me to change the UD Code.This should not be allowed.Any ways how this can be performed?

Dear Manisha

Change UD is provided for different business needs. One can post partial scock or change UD code etc..

System always keeps a log of changes.

You may control by not giving access to QA12 transaction or blocking UD change authorization object. Basis will help you on this matter

This issue was discussed recently. please find the solution for the same

1) It is a standard procedure of changing of UD codes. There are some scenarios like sometimes the material inspected while incomming can be rejected later in the floor. so inorder to reflected this rejection in the quality score and vendor evaluation changing of UD code is done.

If you want to retrict this you can make use of this exit -

2) you can prohibit certain user by withdrawing rights for the t code QA12.
