Word Application Problem while creating Roadmap

Hello Gurus,

While creating the content for the roadmap, suddenly becos of some network issue, the sap logon has got closed.

Becos of this, the word application has got closed abruptly, and after that, even during the subsequent logons, the word application is not getting opened and is throwing the below alert twice.

"Compile error in hidden module: goeIWBCont"

And after that, the below error is thrown.

"Online editing already running or office application not finished"

Pls help in solving the error. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

perhaps this will help:

Install the htmltidy.dll into your system.

you can download the HTMLTIDY.dll from the following path on the SAP

Service Marketplace:

http://service.sap.com/patches

-> SAP Support Packages -> Archive for Support Packages and Patches

-> Entry by Application Group

-> SAP NetWeaver Components ( < SAP NW 04 ) -> SAP KW -> SAP KW 6.0

HTMLTIDY 6.0 SAPGUI -> Win32 -> HTMLTIDY_3-10001970.EXE

HTMLTidy is the same for all versions of SAP Knowledge Warehouse.
