CUP 5.3 HR Triggers (Cannot find user when reading HR as data source)

Hi

I am trying to add an approver for HR triggers but when I do a search CUP cannot find the user.

This relates particularly to new users which are created. CUP is pointing to HR as it's data source.

Is there something that needs to link the user to CUP or should CUP automatically be able to find that new user when doing a search.

Please take note this is still in the test phase...any assistance will be appreciated.

What is your user search and user details data source? Try passing the username in CAPITAL letters.
