Hi expets,
what is the difference between popup windows and external windows ?
Thanks,
kavya
Hi Kavya
Pop up window is a child window of the current window, where you need to close the popup window to use the main window.
External window is the independent window, that generated from the current window but we can simultaneously use both the window
Popup window-----> Module window
External Window-->Module less window

Hi Expert,
Pop window is nothing but it will visible within your window option.if you created one pop window then you will create one window in window option(create window) and find the window name as problematically then you will open the window withing Window Feature. where as external window no need to create window as do for POP window and just set the URL at time of creation External window as you open like "as any site".when it open it will created one External window instead of finding window Name.
thanks

Hi kavya,
Popup Windows
In your applictation you need validation like error message or warning message. you can put it into error message into popup windows. small dialog boxes appeared in your screen.
External Windows
in External windows you can create UI and define screen design according to your requirement
