planning object structure

Dear friends,

in a new APO system i want to create planning object structure. when i tried to create planning object structure i got an error saying Invalid planning object structure. its just not letting me create POS. pls guide.

Hi Vinay,

Please check on the following

1) Check the naming convention for the POS that you are creating, like whether it has any special characters etc.,

2) Check whether the sap notes 1106607 & 1098568 are relevant for you

What is the error message which is being displayed?

The error message is 'The planning structure is invalid'- message number is /sapapo/tsm519.

Pls help
