how to create &variant for background job SWWCLEAR

Hi Experts,

job SWWCLEAR is failing with error message variant &0000000000000 does not exist.

I have checked in SM37 job log that variant &0000000000000 is the correct variant for job SWWCLEAR since

there are multiple job instances of SWWCLEAR which finished successfully with variant &0000000000000 at earlier dates.

But after server got refreshed, job SWWCLEAR is failing with error message variant &0000000000000 does not exist.

Can anyone please guide what corrective action I should take now to resolve the error.

check runtime settings in swu3 transaction..

Checked in SWU3, it is OK.

You can do one thing.

Go to SM37 and select the job in change mode and remove that variant and save again, I got resolved the same kind of problem.

Hope it will solve ur problem also.
