ITS problem with SSO

Hi,

I apologise for posting to posts on this same topic but I thought I had solved it before.

My sso to webguis are still not working. The SSO works if I access the backend system with wingui iViews, also my BSP iViews. When I navigate to a webgui iView I get the a iView:

Please log on to the SAP System (GDQ)

Service: WEBGUI

Client: 200

User:

Password:

Language: English

I have sat the parameter:

login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1

login/create_sso2_ticket = 0

I have uploaded the verfy. der file and sat the ITS parameter -login, password to blank and mysapcomsessocookie =1

In additon I have compared the global.srvc file from this R3 system with another global.srvc file to another system where the SSO works.

Can anyone help please help me on this issue?

Hi Ingvild,

Access the portal with the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) and try. Also check whether you have given the ITS host name as FQDN in System Configuration.

I resolved it.

When you create an ITS system under system landscape. Most of us will populate the ITS-related parameters (i.e. ITS host and ITS path)

Also, populate the SAP-related parameters

System No.

Client.

Hostname.

Port.

Insert the portal hostname and IP address on the hostfile of the ITS server.

Inser the ITS hostname and IP address on the hostfile of the portal server.

Let me know how this goes.

I am also having same problem.

I created sap transaction iview and setup sso logonticket. it works fine with win gui but does not work with web gui.

I have also set up ITS parameters in global.srvs as

logon / password <space> and mysapcomsessocookie =1

when using web gui it ask for user id password again.

Any solution guys, this is urgent!
