IDOC in status 53, but business partner are not created.

Hi all!

I want to create a business partner in CRM by IDOC (CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M).

In CRM I can see the status 53, but the partner is not getting created.

Please, help me solve this problem.

hi,

did you check the warnings in the IDOC ? are there any?

maybe they are warnings but some of them may prevent

creation of a BP

the easiest way to create a BP in CRM is

to configure outbound IDOC first - CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M

create a new BP and see what comes out

then on the basis of that you can easily choose the fields for inbound

that's how I'd do with CRM IDocs (like products, transactions, BPs)

Also you could check whether system user has need authorization to create the BP. If not, this should be displayed in the processing log of the IDoc.
