PO print preview with list output

Hi Experts,

I have done a PO script which has been configured in ME23N.

During the user click the print preview the output is really nice and it has digital

signature on the PO.

But in the print preview goto -> list display...the digital signature is not displayed

but other remaining data is showed perfectly.

Can anyone guide me why the digital signature is not displayed during the list display..

One more thing how can i safe the PO output. is it possible for me to send mail using workflow and

other method.

Hello,

It depends on the device type which is used in the output device. For print preview, you would have selected a output device. In Device type we will be specifying the Print controls for the Signature and bar codes.

It doesn't show up when you see in the list display, it cannot interpet. For saving the copy, you need to convert it into PDF. Once spool request got generated, you can create a PDF attachment using the program RSTXPDFT4.

Or else, in the driver program itself you need to write the logic of convert it into PDF and email it.

You can find lots of forums on converting it into PDF and sending through e-mail.
