Problem while changing Server Name

Hai,

I Installed WebAs , its working fine.

now i changed that system name. the server is not working now.

Problem while starting console...

jcontrol.exe is not starting....

please help me.

hi NagaRaju Meesala,

You install the server giving the server name. the name is tightly coupled with your WebAS. if you change your server name, you have to change in lots of places where your WebAS refers to your Computer Name.

In my opinion, just revert back to your old name and things will work normally. but when you open up your server to the WWW, you may have a different name (any fancy name
