EG/ESG

Hi,

1. Would creation of a new EG/ESG have any impact anywhere? I can think of security/roles, PCR/CAP impact. Any other?

2. Can two EGs be combined so that only 1 be used? I guess not. Any inputs shall be appreciated?

the main effect will be the parameters groupings

Check V_503_ALL

The most important grouping for ESG are there in Time and Payroll. So whenever a new EG / ESG is created, these groupings in Payroll and Time need to be assigned, else you cannot run Payroll / Time evaluation,

If the two ESG are into same shift and have same kind of leaves, then they can be clubbed. Similarly if they have similar payroll characteristis , then they can be clubbed
