Hi.............

I have one doubt..........plz have a look on this steps

I have craetd wbs...activity.

I have done settlemnet... by using Automatic...and full.

now i want to see the FXA for particular Porjcet or WBS.

If you have assigned appropriate Investment profile to WBS than while REL of WBS sys will create AUC.

After settlement to Activity cost to WBS, we settle WBS to AUC. and after it we settle AUC to Fixed asset.

For the creating FXA you can create directly two ways

1. via CJ20n>EDIT>WBS>IM Program>Create Completed asset. After that you can find the same in the settlement distribution rules of that WBS. and settle the AUC to FXA

2. Create seprate asset via ASO1 Tcode and manually create the sellement rule and settle AUC to FXA.

After settlement you can find the FXA in the Settlement rule of that WBS.

While creating Asset it will ask for the asset class, if you are in testing sys. than give any thing, Asset class is having more important from the depreciation perpective.

i have saved ....now i will use cj88...now i have to take full sett?

Yes you can use any Asset class.

For example, if the project is construction of a building then the end Asset will be building. If it is some futniture then the Asset class will be furtniture and so on.

And as expllained by Nitin all Asset classes are subjected to different depreciation depending on assignment of depreciation keys.

If you have created asset via AS01 than you have to maintain the settlement distribution rule for the same in CJ20n , Select WBS-->Ctr+F3.

and than go for the CJ88 settlement

Ok dear im craeting..now...after doing this step.........

i will do cj88...full settlement.

so i can see..in wbs...setllemnt trype as(fxa)

in any report i can see...

and value..

go to SE38 and run these reports and check if they meet your requirements

S_ALR_87012930 - List of Origins of Asset Charges is close to what I am looking for.

The above will help to link between Asset class, WBS,AUC etc

You can use CJI3/CJID/CJ70 also to view AUC reports for line item settlement.

Hi,

The WBS is defined as the Investment measures in any project.The Invest measures is nothing but the Asset Under construction.

Check in WBS whether any Asset under construction is assigned or not.

Check the settlement line item wjat is the type it settled whether Full or Per or AUC.

If it is Full or per then it is settled to the WBS,if it is AUC then it settled to Investment measure.

If it is AUC then you can settle in CJ88 with key Capitalization.

Actually in my project im having two level;s wbs.

in second levcel im assigning network and activity.

How to check wbs whetehtr it has assigned or not?

i have checked settlement wbs.....it is ....CAT(fxa)......Settlementype is(AUC).

where i can see in any report i cansee these wbs has FXA...and value?
