Hi all,
Does anybody know how I can set currency translation type in the contents of currency translation context menu of BEx?
In SAP help doc, it is mentioned that "a common translation type" can be used in the context menu. And I am wondering what "a common translation type" can be.
Best Regards,
J
Hi Jun,
To summarize:
you create translation type from RRC1 and your target currency here.
Suppose you store different currencies at database level and when you run a report you get all different currencies for a global report.
Now if you want to check this report with the target currency "USD"
Right click on the keyfigure ,properties and select the created translation currency key under the currecny conversion tab.
Also you could do it after once the query is displayed with multiple currencies on BEx Analyzer. Right click -->currency translation and select the target currency and conversion type
Also check all the above links

Hi,
'Common translation type' means nothing but when you select a currency translation from context menu it will apply for all the key figures.
You need to define currency translation in RRC1 where you will be giving a target currency.

Hi All,
Thank you very much for your reply.
Let me clearfy my question..
My question would be, "What 'Common Target Currency' is and how I can set it?"
"Common Target Currency" can be found under url:
