Rohit,

A warehouse contains different types of materials which come in different shape and sizes. Storage bin is the master data used in WM to track the material. It can be placed in high rack,bulk,etc.... based on the material characteristics and the business use.

Palletization: It is used for Homogenous as well as mixed grouping of materials.Palletization provides the easy handling of materials. For example it is easy to handle one large pallet of 84 units of a material than 84 single units. The quantity required to group materials into a single pallet in maintained in WM2, like the LE quantity.

Hi

A bin is a storage area where you can store some qty of material, its static in a W/H in some rack , a storage bin is the smallest unit of space in WM

A pallet is nothing but a packaging unit where you can pack some 5 qty of a material into one pallet and transfer the pallet to some W/H, in this case you can tell that you have transferred 1 pallet. In Material master WM2 View of that material you need to specify the palletization data
