checkbaxes in user fields are in disabled condition.how to activates that??please help me

It depends on the configuration of Field Key( T Code OPS1).

In OPS1 i m not getting where to activate it.
Pls check in OPUK ( WBS Field Selection ). Make all user fields as ''Input''.
