SRM attribute changes -Report

Hi Team,

I would like to see the details of attribute changes done for a Position or Organisation unit in PPOMA_BBP.

the details should contain the user id of the the person who has done the attribute changes and also the Attribute changed.

while refering to some of the solutions in the SDM , i found that we need to get the reference number through the table HRP 1222 and pass the same in the table HRT1222 to know the attribute changes.

i could not execute the table HRP 1222 may be because of insufficient Input values ,could you please suggest on this.

1.How can we get the Attribute change details?

2 If at all the above solution is one of the method to get the details,please mention the correct input values for executing the tables ?

Here is steps for activating change document for attributes.

1. SM30, Table T77CDOC

1222 CL_HRBAS_CDOCEXT_HANDLER

2. SM30, Table T77CDOC_CUST

01 O 1222 0020 Active

01 S 1222 0020 Active

3. SE38 RHCDOC_DISPLAY for display

I want to track the changes done to the spending limit in table HRP5503.

The data element field is checked for change documents, what additional steps I need to do for tracking the changes?

Hi Adinath,

First go to the HRT1222 with the technical name of the attribute and the value. Then go to HRP1222 with the reference number and you should see the user.
