Not able to transfer item from MDM to SRM

Hi all,

When we transferring items from MDM (SRM-MDM) to SRM, we are getting error message that

1. Currency US5 is not an ISO code : item will not be transferred.

2. In complete item in catalog.Only complete items were transferred

Any input will be appriciated.

Hi Jitesh,

I checked in the MDM - data manager, it's USD only. Is there any thing need to do ?

Hi Harish,

Check the value US5 in the record you are trying to transfer. If you found the value change it to USD. Also try to transfer other items and check if you face the same problem.

Hi Harish,

Login into the MDM Data Manager and from the top-left corner select the table named Currencies. You will find the search parameters pane, enter the value as US against Currency ISO Code and press Enter. You should get the result containing US5, change it to USD and now try to transfer that item.

Hi Harish,

US5 is not a valid currency code. Check the records in MDM and change the currency codes accordingly. Whenever you transfer items, the currency assigned to the record gets validated with that of the currency code list present in SRM. In your case it should be USD instead of US5 for US dollars
