Hi All,
Scenario is Incoming inspection. After the results recorded, UD is given and the stock posting is done. After saving the UD, I am able to change the final UD code (say, from ACC to REJ). Is it correct as per standard SAP. If so how to restrict the reversal of UD codes after the UD is done once.
Regards
Sam
Dear Sam
it is a standard procedure of changing of UD codes. There are some scenarios like sometimes the material inspected while incomming can be rejected later in the floor. so inorder to reflected this rejection in the quality score and vendor evaluation changing of UD code is done.
If you want to retrict this you can make use of this exit -

Hi Sam,
If you need to prohibit the change in the UD you may go with the Gajesh's Suggestion. it is absolutely bingo.
But you can prohibit certain user by withdrawing rights for the t code QA12.
