Go to VA02, key in the sale order reference and execute. There double click on line item and select"Schedule Line" tab. See what is flowing in the following fields

a) Order Quantity

b) Delivered qty

As per your indication, this should be same in which case, the confirmed quantity will also be equal to invoiced quantity

thanks

Hi , this is different kind of issue,

the old and closed sales orders still appearing as open committed item in the CO06, whereas the goods movement alrdy done and closed.

Though we solved this issue, but adjusting the closed SO qty and save and then run CO06 and change the commit qty to 0.

But now we want to know why this appears in the list, the old closed SO .

Hi Yadav,

Thanks for the advice.

Let me explain the exact scenario:

a. The sales order created in 2007 which is alredy delivery and invoiced .

b. Today if I create the sales order with the same material as of above and try to backorder through CO06.

c. The system still showing the line as open sales order of 2007

d. When trying to remove by changing the qty to 0 and save it .

e. And go in agin CO06 , it still showing the same 2007 line.

Kindly advise.

regards
