Solution Manager configuration document and sim files

Hi Experts

Now i need to configure the following things. Where i can download the solution manager sim files from service market place.

1) Service Desk

2) Change Request Management

3) Solution Monitoring

4) Delivery of SAP Services

5) Root Cause Analysis

If any body having any kind of configuration document please give me the download link. It will be very big help for me.

the correct link is:

http://service.sap.com/rkt-Solman

otherwise, http://service.sap.com/rkt , then goto Solutio Manager in left pane window, select Solman version like 7.0, then it will open the learning paths like functional roles, technical roles etc

and other is

http://service.sap.com/diagnostics

and on SDN,

use, http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman

select the solman version like solman 7.0 and navigate to functional and technical roles learning paths

there you will find sim files for all your needs mentioned

and for the last option, Route cause analysis, http://service.sap.com/diagnostics
